Return and Exchange Policy (Please Read)

The customer may exchange product(s) for whatever reason within ten (10) business days of the purchase date. Exchanges can only be made with products of equal values or less. If an exchange is made for a product that is less than the original product purchase price, the difference will be refunded to the customer. (Shipping Fee's Apply)

 In order to exchange, customer must return product with a copy of the receipt accompanied with a letter to identify the new product they wish to have shipped to them to complete the exchange.  

* Product can not be used, altered, broken, or modified.

* There will be no exchanges for any reason after ten (10) business days.

2. Return/Refund Policy

Customers can only receive a refund of their purchase if:

• Product is discontinued
• Product becomes damaged during shipping process
• Product is faulty

In order to recieve a refund, customer must return product with a copy of the receipt accompanied with a letter stating the reason for the refund.

Customer has fifthteen (15) days after the purchase date to exercise their return rights.  Refunds are issued between 2 and 5 business days after returned product is recieved.

There will be no refunds issued for any other reasons than those stated above.
